New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to give an update Friday on the state's response to the coronavirus pandemic. For most residents of New York state, a stay-at-home order that was set to expire today will now stay in place until June 13, although some parts of the state are set to reopen.

Why Don't you open beaches according to plates # ? As follow: On Memorial day Friday private cars with plates with last single digit 1 & 2, Saturday 3, 4 & 5 Sunday 6, 7 & 8 & Monday 9 and 0. This way everyone have the chance to hit the beaches. Those that do not follow rules give them a ticket or send them back. You can do this planner the whole week all summer.
