So i just wanted to say, keep doing what you guys are doing, don't let anyone keep you all down. Always keep contending for the faith. a couple weeks ago, i ordered 20 each of the tracts "This was your life" and "You have a date" and was giving them to people at the high school i go to. As far as i know, only one of tracts was torn up. And the next day after that, somebody taped that tract back together. I hope to get more Chick Tracts in the near future. God bless Chick Publicans.

Amen.  I hoped you would say at the end that the new versions are based on "fake news" instead of the "good" news.

David, thank you so much for continuing to research what happened with the text that is now called Sinaiticus, and for telling the rest of us. I'm really looking forward to hearing what Kallinicos was expecting to happen.

I have a question: If the text, which is now called Sinaiticus was a draft, (and it makes sense that Simonides would make a first draft for an important copy of a Bible manuscript to be presented to the Tsar) why do you think he wrote it on old vellum which, presumably, was rare, and which one would think would be reserved for the final copy? What other material could he have used for a draft copy? Do you know if there was a plentiful supply of old vellum on Mt. Athos, such that Simonides could have written both the draft and final copies on it? Wasn't the fact that it was written on really old vellum one of the reasons that critical text supporters believe it's the "oldest" complete Bible? If there's a good answer to the use of old vellum for the draft, then there's a way to answer that argument, I think. :) Thanks, David.

Grace & peace.

David, you are doing an excellent job of digging up the dirt on this subject. I can't wait for your book to come out. I have a couple of questions that I would like for you to try to answer:
1. If Simonides copied the Sinaiticus, from what did he copy it? It seems this leaves a door open to the pro-new translation boys to say that he copied from something that was truly ancient.
2. In "Tares Among the Wheat" it is mentioned that Simonides presented a first century manuscript of First John that included the comma to the curator of the British Museum. Do you know anything about that? One wonders what value it would be if Simonides was such a proficient counterfeiter of documents.

Very interesting, can you please post the link to the NEXT video? There is a setting that will put them in order I think. Thank you for your hard work.

I love and appreciate references! I would especially love any references to the claims I have never heard before such as the hope for a printing press, and Simonides being *requested by his 'uncle'. Kudos on the visuals, I thoroughly enjoyed them. Finding the whole story in this case is proving extremely difficult. Please help! and what is the publication Simonides had prior to the publication of the sinaticus? I wish I had a copy of your binder. You should publish it.

In case it's just not registering to Daniels and friends: the letters of "Kallinikos" that appeared in the 1860s = letters written by Simonides to attempt to appear to vindicate his ridiculous claims.
If you want to "just put the facts out there, " focus on the fact that Simonides claimed that he stopped making the MS at the first part of Hermas. In the real world, pages from near the end of Hermas were discovered at St. Catherine's in 1975. Thus dies the credibility of Simonides. Again.

Like E.F Hutton, when David talks about about the Bible, people listen.

What strikes me is that Simonides says it was a fake from day 1, and there is no evidence that he ever saw it after it was taken from St. Catherines. so how would he know what the contents were if he hadn't seen it before it was taken away?

We've watched the Chris Pinto series several times, and there are two things that are still unclear to me.

1. How did the Siniaticus get from Mt. Athos to St. Catherine's? They mention that Simonides gave an explanation, but they don't share that with the viewers.

2. What is the nature of all the corrections in the Siniaticus? Do they make it more or less like the TR? All they say is that it is the most corrected manuscript and that they must be theologically motivated due to the sheer number of them. But they do not say what theology is being promoted by the corrections.

Brother, do you know the answers to these questions? Did I miss something in Chris Pinto's presentations?

I would love to link to your videos in my tumblr. May I? Pretty please?

I love my KJV, and someone the other day told me that the translators to the reader proves that the KJV is not the only or best Bible to use. I tried to show him where that's not the case but I couldn't. Is there anyone out there that can help me with this?

It's common for very intelligent people to have some (often temporary) involvement in cults. Now I am so curious which two cults captured your attention for awhile.
