Thank you! I think you fixed my problem, when Microsoft Word told me my problem wasn't important enough to help with.

It isn't working for me. once I select the checkbox to enable, nothing happens. I return to the enabling checkbox and find that the addins are not checked. I have tried everything.
the addin is Grammarly. and it only started acting up after I installed another addin that deals with images.
any help would be highly appreciated.
