Seems out of place right? Well for many years it was and still to this day West Cape May hosts the International Lima Bean Festival. Let’s talk about how this happened.

Thank you so much, Joey!..and my wife and I want to also say (as this is the first time to leave a comment) that your videos are so well done and full of history of our beloved New Jersey shores of the Wildwoods & Cape May! Your videos took us through the pandemic these past two years, gave us hope and valuable insight of this great state we live in, especially by the way you make the content of your vids so important...it makes us viewers WANT to get out to explore everything going on at our south NJ shores!!...Thank You so Much :D

This video is amazing! My family has their summer house in West Cape May & we’ve seen some of the places in your video, but didn’t know any of their history. Thanks so much for this wonderful, historical perspective. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Here's an idea for a future video. Go to the airport where the planes take off and land with the banners . Learn how they hook them up, and take off without ripping them. Let me know what you think about this. I don't know about anyone else, but I would like to know.

Learn so much from you Joey. We love Lima beans at our house. Can I buy fresh lima's while in the area this summer? Thanks Joey & Julia. See you on the Beach in July.

Such a great and informative video. Thanks, Joey! Like so many fellow Italian-Americans, I can remember picking tomatoes on the Jersey side of the Commodore Barry Bridge and bringing them all to grandma's house to get jarred. Not so many people are doing that anymore, unfortunately!
