Trucker kills 5 innocent people due to his negligence. Many content creators are saying that this accident was because the driver was a foreigner. But in my eyes it was because this guy decided to drive a truck while being impaired. This could’ve been anyone that makes the same stupid decision.

QC drive in North West Alabama got caught dumping jet fuel on a rural road. 2000 Pounds instead of taking it To meridian Mississippi plant. So he could load with auto fuel early. Fire, hazmat clean up, state troopers. He was arrested on the spot with multiple charges. And he could speak English.

I agree with immigration but legal immigration and and foreign truck drivers need to speak English and understand the laws of trucking and respect the laws. I've seen so many people driving a truck down the road with feet on the dash and watching TV on the phone texting and driving not paying attention to the road I've been out here 45years 7million miles and seen a lot of changes in the industry. Yes. The trucker is responsible. But none of the safeguards put in place to keep him out, worked. He should have never been in this country. The state that issued the CDL and the employer were not scared of any type of enforcement for putting an unqualified driver in an 80k lb vehicle. There are more than enough US citizens to drive trucks. The immigrants that never even drove a 4 wheeled vehicles in their country, have no business on our highways. They are terrible drivers, plus they pull the wages down, which means lower quality of citizen drivers willing to do the job. I'm tired of this industry thinking any warm body can drive a truck. A US citizen working and flowering wages in their country, would not be alive for very long. Automatic transmissions lowered the standard that people who dont even possess basic body coordination to get a CDL.
