I LOVED IT. The indian fighting at the beginning was worth the price of admission. I loved it so much that I paid to see it twice. I cant wait for the 2nd movie to come out.

The movies story is so flat and lack of feeling, its story is chopped up and doesnt make sense and you dont feel for any of the characters. For instance Sienna Millers story with her falling in love so quickly after her husband just died! It was as if he died yesterday and then was with the new Army Capt. The Indians story is weak as well and doesnt explain anything what so ever! I will not be watching the second part at all!

A lot of misinformation here. Dances with Wolves made as much money abroad as it did domestically, and was very slow on original release. This is going to make a ton of money abroad, where the social order is less problematic. Despite what most Americans think, no one internationally is buying wokeness. This new American culture is a financial disaster and Costner has done well to ignore it and focus on international sales.

The scenes made no sense. It’s like they skipped the context lol is Horizon supposed to be a town? It jumped from one story line to another randomly. Horrible story with no direction. It’s weird they spent three hours explaining absolutely nothing lol

Spoiler** The scene that confused me the most was with Costner and the girl with the kid. They were at the top of the cliff talking about going down to the tents the next day. Then it just jumped to them down there and the girl having se* with a random guy. I’ll watch them when they are free. Not paying for this movie again.

I have been a fan since Silverado. A bigger fan after watching Dances With Wolves.
I never felt he was living up to his abilities as a actor in Yellowstone. I gave it two seasons and had to admit, I was watching "Dallas", which I didn't care for when it aired. That said, I am looking forward to seeing Horizon. Costner is meant for the BIG screen!! I hope this saga does well, seeing the cinematography in the trailers gives me hope that it will. Nothing touches my soul, like views of the wide open west. Thank you Kevin, for another chance to see breathtaking views of our beautiful county!! Good luck!!

Horizon 1 bombed so badly it's being released on Home Video next Tuesday 7/16. And they've Cancelled the theatrical release of Horizon chapter 2 which was scheduled for Aug. 16th. So if you pre-ordered tickets, make sure you get a refund.

I hate tv series because it’s too much drama and you have no idea where the series will go … in content or morals. So i didn’t watch Yellowstone even though I like Costner. But I am a movie buff and thoroughly enjoyed Horizon. I watched twice to pick up on the small details before I watched second installment. I was ok with little confusion because I knew there would be 3 more installments that will allow for character development.
