Ingredients:
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 can of tuna (in water or oil), drained
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Cut the English cucumbers in half crosswise, then cut each piece in half lengthwise.
2. Use a small spoon to scoop out the watery centers from each cucumber half and discard.
3. Finely chop the cucumber flesh you scooped out (about 1/2 cup) and refrigerate it for garnish.
4. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped red onion, cucumber flesh, drained tuna, and Greek yogurt.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Fill each cucumber boat with the tuna mixture.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing cucumber salad boats!
