how is this not a complete rip-off of the Henderson Precision Trimmer? Appears to be a direct copy of it and if you didn't license the design from them, then IMO it's same as stealing from them.

I never imagined Hornady, as big as they are, would go out of their way to rip off a design from someone else in the shooting community.. Henderson Precision developed this design and its market nearly a decade ago... Hornady, developing this unit, puts them on the same level as any other ordinary thief... Not only that, it's as low as you can get on the scale of business ethics.. Of the $10+k/yr I spend on projectiles.. Hornady will never see another dime from me.

Wow. I sure hope Hornady is paying Henderson a royalty for this. If not, and they just copied the design with a few tweaks, that's pretty crappy. No way I'd buy one and neither should anyone who reads all these comments. Go buy a Henderson.

Looks & functions so much better it looks like than my Henderson Precision case trimmer. I was telling a friend how it needed adjustments on the rods instead of a different bolt per case. And the extra fine tuning makes so much sense.

Included case bin & brass clippings tray is Awesome.

Can I buy additional cutter bodies and cutters to perform a quick change on between calibers vs having to adjust the cutter every time?

$619.99 Is the price. Issue on mass production something even like the pilot will not be as true as the one from Henderson same with the cutting tool. I do like the adjustable micrometer I think the Henderson has built a little better.

So just to confirm this is not currently compatible with calibers in the 338 class like 338 Lapua? Is the pilot just sold separate or will it just not be compatible for those calibers at all?
