@ChromeXk Don't you think we have contributed enough. The banks should pay back what they owe us the 99%. Im proud that there are people making a stand. Its a shame that the media wont say WHY they are there, just that they are there.

I don't understand how the government has shown such little interest in this action. The numbers will grow and should. The point re what instead is very pertinent and needs to be addressed now because a face off will occur and then we will be stuck .

That coercion is prevalent in Compulsory State Education, where children's every move is regulated by adults who assume Authority and exclude children from the decision making processes in all areas that affect the children. This does not train the child for Participative Democracy, but instead forces the child to internalise the rules and messages that the adults send.

Tests, grades, comparison, competition for 12 years roots that internalisation such that self empathy is lost, empathy too.

I wish I would see the guy at 1.09. I'd wipe that fucking smile off his face in about three seconds flat - anyway good on the protesters I just wish there was an occupy closer to where I live so I could contribute.

@alainvosselman : My comment was on the issue of trespass, and the enforcement of the law. Regardless of what econmic factors motivate the rabble, they do not have the right to occupy sqaut in a public space idefinitely.

Hope they keep it up. Guy mentioned what can you replace the system with? Some suggest to let the government print and distribute their own currency and charge low interest, rather than going to private banks to borrow money at high interest, then tax people heavily to pay it back. That way you stop inflation, lower tax then people have more money to spend.

Ultimately after the time given by the local council for fair protest is up then it is trespass, you do NOT have the right to occupy but the police DO have the obligation to evict you.

@alainvosselman OK my comment was a generalisation, but it just seems to me that all the people who took the time to study hard and sacrifice a fair part of their youth for a career are not the ones who are protesting, I dont see many doctors, lawyers or engineers at these rallies. Just a lot of students, I'm just sayin' Kind of reminds me of the old phrase, those who can, do. And those who can't, teach. Or in this case, complain.
