It is nice and looks great but I am not sure that if you want EV performance to instead get a Tesla Model S Plaid for around 95k and spend the 135k you saved or less to turn it into an extreme EV track car.

If it’s from any other brand, I’d say no purely based on it being an EV. However, Porsche has proven time and time again that they truly know how to make a fun and high-performance car with a great build quality. My vote goes to this car as the next king of performance sedan.

I think the problem with EV is the lack of sound. Electric motors can operate at a much higher RPM than ICEs, and they make an out-of-this-world, non-artificial high pitch sound when they do so. I hope Porsche makes a high RPM motor for EV that can emit sounds similar to the machines from Star Trek.
