Father Trenham, As a life long Catholic and father of 14, nine boys and 5 girls, my wife and I have been on this faith and family centered journey since 1985, we wanted to have as many children as God would bless us with as my wife has home schooled them all and I work in construction to provide. So you can image we have had our trials and joys, every time I watch your gifted delivery of the graces we have and are given I am motivated to pursue a greater excellence in my state of life while finding an uplifting spirt in the kinship of your Priestly life as a true Disciple, Husband and Father. I am not Orthodox but over ten years ago I learned of the Jesus Prayer and say it with my prayer rope, blessed on the relics of many saints, which was made in an Orthodox monastery in the Ukraine. It brings me great comfort. It is to my regret that, when living in London for over 50 years, , I wasn’t really aware of the beauty of the Orthodox Church and so never visited one. Where I live now there isn’t one nearby and I am housebound due to illness. So, my prayer rope is my link to the Orthodox Church. I was baptised into the Church of England but never feel the presence of God there. I feel closer to God in nature - and with my prayer rope. Thank you for this video. God bless you.

The first time I heard the Jesus prayer, I was absolutely amazed by it. I felt touched by the Holy Spirit. Now, it is one of the best tools to help keep me centered in His love.
The exposition you read blew my mind for lack of a better term. It's short, but so effective.
