I have joined NHS in August and we are planning for a baby but I have heard that I cannot get NHS maternity benefits until I have completed 15 months in NHS is it true? and if I go to India for delivery can I get paid maternity leave 6 months.

This is an informative video. A little off the topic question - if you had to use a hair color during pregnancy, which one you used as NHS says avoid semi permanent and permanent colors for first trimester? Using henna in colder months is difficult here and not a color of my choice.
