How to Mount a GoPro to a Camera | for POV Vlogs

Have you ever wanted to vlog and document how you shoot pictures? Why don't you just mount a GoPro to your camera? How? I will show you the gear and steps needed to mount your GoPro to your camera!

This method is compatible with every camera which features a standard Hot or Cold-Shoe. This is sometimes also referred to as "flash mount".

Mounting a GoPro to a camera can become very handy if you want to document your photo shoots or do Vlogs while shooting Photos. To Mount a GoPro to a SLR Camera is an easy way to film for tutorials or how to videos. The camera sits, secured on your SLR or DSLR camera and does not bother you. Thanks to the magic arm you can adjust the position of your GoPro on your DSLR Camera in case it gets into your way on your specific camera.

I use this method to mount a GoPro to my Camera to shoot Vlog-Style Point of View (POV) Videos to then discuss how I shoot specific Images and to show the surrounding situation.

Thanks to the magic arm the GoPro can also be rotated on your camera so its shows you as a "selfie" cam in case you want to show you and how you are shooting photos.
