The Walking Dead, A Quiet Place, anything by Roland Emmerich and pretty much every single movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe detail what I’m sure are very realistic threats to society itself. So obviously we need a back up plan. It’s not good enough to just wander around and try to figure it out on the go like they do in most movies and tv shows. No, clearly we all need to invest in a doomsday bunker. Like picking a car or an apartment this can be pretty difficult considering the fact that there are just so many to choose from. Which amenities do you want? Do you want neighbors? Are you willing to pay to not have neighbors? Would you consider sleeping on a post apocalyptic futon? These are all very real questions you’d have to answer.

So let’s look at some of the best doomsday bunkers money can buy. Each and every one of these places has its own theme. For one, it’s all about presenting itself like a luxury hotel underground. Just pamper yourself through the chaos. Then there’s one that actually hired a psychologist to make sure that the place was as accommodating as humanly possible. Then there’s the one that baaaasically just the last man cave on Earth. Of course that’s still a lot better than being a front for a money laundering scheme.
