A lovely, kind woman kicked me out of a store here in the US today for refusing a mask. I’m used to being kicked out of stores by people who are scared, true believers in this “health policy.” That doesn’t bother me. But this woman wasn’t scared of me. She said she knows the masks do nothing, and that she was angry about the mask mandates too, but she still kicked me out. Those are the people that terrify me. Those who do the work of tyrants while disagreeing with their tyrannical orders... I won’t wear a mask for the same reason Jonathan said (to his great credit) that he is resisting the “procedure.” I don’t fear the masks. I fear what follows at their heels.

The only solution, is Christ Jesus. This world is broken, and no matter what plan a human makes, it will fail. Those plans will be rife with corruption, and greed, filled with sin.

Hey Lois, remembah da time we experienced man-made horrors beyond our comprehension? In all seriousness though, I think Pageau is right again, if we don't acclimate to resisting this, the future is going to be that much harder. I feel compromised every time I have to put on that ridiculous face diaper, or else get kicked out of my local grocery store. It's a constant mental battle, and I hope you're all doing the best you can in it. You're not alone, even if it feels like it most of the time.

One way to resist is pretend to comply. To subotage. Be passive agressive. Cower when you need to, do what they want when watched. There's a saying "The strictness of laws is compensated by the laxity of their enforcement" That's what they have always been doing in Eastern Europe and former Soviet space. The problem is this attitude itself is corruption and if you accept this ring of power, it will destroy the good laws and the country itself after it has dealt with the stupid laws.
