Autoglym Paint Pro -- The Complete Paint Rectification System

The 10 pass technique demonstrated here is a the best way to use these products. This will result in an excellent finish, achieved safely. The working time may be different to those of other products you have used, but this is a true representation of the method we recommend.

We use a Flex machine, during testing we found the PE142150 to work extremely well with Paint Pro and we recommend that to customers.

If the paintwork is in very poor condition multiple passes may be required as with any paint rectification products. After first determining how much paint you have to work with with a paint depth gauge, you can keep working an area and taking readings until it is corrected.

The Paint Pro paint rectification system was designed to give pro results, but be extremely safe and easy to use at the same time. It is a professional product, but if you are looking to try paint rectification this is a great starting point. We would always advise caution though, practice on a scrap panel from a vehicle breakers so you can learn safely without fear of damaging your pride and joy.

Paint Pro is aimed at the professional looking to make the move from hand only products to paint correction but has no experience of these types of products. It seems you may benefit from this. You need to wash, decontaminate and clay the paint before you start. Paint Pro works best with a rotary machine, we found the Flex models to work very well with the products and pads.

Your results certainly look impressive.... I recently 'detailed' my black Audi A3 (washed, Clay Barred, HD Cleansered, Super Resin polished and finally HD waxed) all done by hand so the finish, whilst very smooth and shiny was not as good as I would of liked; maybe I should invest in a DA?
What Autoglym product(s) do I need to keep it looking smooth and shiny and when would I need to start over and do it all again?

I have used Autoglym products for a number of years, my car is now over 11 years old and the paintwork is like new. The only big problem is the Autoglym products cannot be found on sale in the South of France. can anyone help!!

I will be purchasing this product next week.The two products appear to have a long work time, the abrasives breaking down quite slowly, according to the 10 pass technique that is employed, is this correct?

Is this a safe procedure for someone without any experience on the subject ? I have never used such a machine but i would like to.Could i damage the paint of my car or is it highly unlikely ? I have bought most common autoglym products but i have never bought or used the pro ones. Thanx in advance.

Hi thanks, i see you use tar and glue remover between the stages. Do you use this as a panel wipe. Or can it be used as a panel wipe to remove the oily deposits after the correction before the wax is applied. Can Autoglym Tar and Glue be used as a panel wipe

Hi, I still have quite a bit of this product left and rather than buying more I would like to use it up first.  After reading the comments and watching the video, would my assessment be correct in saying the renovator is more of a medium cut and the refine is more of a finish cut.  Also I used it with a rotary polisher at the start but I am now using a DA machine.  I see in the comments that it works best on the rotary machine, but will it work the same on the DA.  More for ease of use, the DA machines are easier to work with

Can i use the paint renovator to remove dried bird droppings or do i need to wetsand it first please

Should i use Radiant Wax Polish and then seal it with wax or Can i just wax it with HD wax

might be a stupid question but does this hide light scratches permanently or do they reappear when the car is washed many times?
