Emotion is such a funny thing - it’s really what controls you, if you’re able to get a handle on it - your life will totally change.

The human brain is divided into three parts. Logical: that’s when you’re thinking clearly, and you can tell the difference between right and wrong.

Then you have Emotional: That’s when you’re not being Logical, and your emotion is basically in the driver’s seat - that’s when people do a lot of stupid things, and regret them afterwards when they sober up, and they’re logical again.

And finally, you have Reptilian (Instinct), that’s when you’re able to do things without having to think about them, such as driving for instance, you just do it!

If you learn to catch yourself when you’re being Emotional - and about to do something stupid, and snap out of it, and get Logical - you’re basically GOLDEN!
