It’s interesting, as someone raised in Mexican culture no one ever taught me how to eat a taco but I instinctively do it this way. This guy is awesome

The "burrito fold" is key for any runny taco, which in America, is all tacos. Use your last 2 fingers to fold up the far end as you pinch. It turns the whole taco into a shovel shape. Then if liquids ooze out, they're trapped in the back portion.
