I got one interesting loadout:

Demobomber

Weapons:
Base Jumper, Scottish Resistance or stock stickybomb launcher, Any Melee.

Basically, you use 2 sticky to jump, make sure to not crouch and only jump when detonating so you fly high, after that activate the base jumper and start the bombing.

Pros:
-Funny
-You can get random rare moments where you nanaged to destroy a nest
-Scottish resistance can be detonated as soon as they land because they're launched from the sky (Only on maps with high sky box)

Cons:
-Literally the easiesy sniper target
-Vulnerable to basically anything
-Very situational
-Cant work on maps with low sky box
-Troll loadout, don't expect this to work on competitive mode

You could also pair the loch n load with the quickie bomb launcher with its extra damage when fully charged so you’re practically fatmagic’s sniper demo

Then there's me, an actual sentry buster, charge into a sentry with bootlegger and ullapool just to die leaving the sentry almost dead, then go again to finish it off and die to a frontier crit

Exist the good and stock sticky bomb laucher
Exist the amazing quickiebomb laucher
And exist the Scottish Resistance

(Literally the best weapon to play defensively, you can defend a point for a long time using it and loose cannon)

I usually hybrid demo with loch and load splendid screen / tide turner and eyelander it works pretty well

I love the Scottish for offence and defence I make a mine feild and it's perfect for attack and defend

As a Heavy Main i can say a good demomen in the enemy team is the biggest Pain in the ass for an Heavy 😂

I use the canon with the resistance... Toss some traps here and yeet my enemies into the trap with the knockback... Or just make taking the cart hell for the enemy team.
