The Marina District San Francisco where the landfill was built on causing the major structural collapse of multi story apartments buildings by liquifaction from the 5:04 PM Pacific time in October 17th of 1989s 7.1 magnitude earthquake with 20-30km deep epicenter of Loma Prieta (dark mountain) on west side of San Jose CA and a second shallow epicenter in Soquel next to Santa Cruz. The image starting your show was Marina District about 83 miles north of epicenter of world series stopping quake of '89 . Memories of that time were bad. 62 people died in the quake but any other afternoon without the world series would have been ten times worse.

Prepping is a good idea. Lately, no one knows what supply lines may not remain intact, the last two years have been highly stressful. Besides, winter is on the way, and anyone living in snowy areas, should always stock up, and have alternate heat sources. Thanks for the updates! Always interesting and great info. 👍

That timeline in the big picture is really closer than in the past. Or so I 🤔. I could be wrong.
I canned my hotdogs. Three jars with the barbecue sauce. You are right there are tasty.
I live around the Amish so some of the green bean and okra I am just buying from them. I was sure to buy some tomatoes just for the seeds. Everything they grow you can bet their seeds will come up next year.
Corn, string beans and such.

Fill up Tupperware type containers with water..and jars you have with lids.. ziplock bags..have some no cook foods like dry cereal, pop tarts, breakfast bars...etc..can fruits or canned veggies..you can eat right out of can..prepare for no heat..hats gloves.blankets..warm socks
