1 sprig curry leaves
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water

if giving for kids, you can add honey or jaggery to sweeten it as it is slightly bitter.
Can add buttermilk or curd for flavouring.
Best to have it empty stomach in the morning.
