I was ADHD as a kid diagnosed at 5 years old stop taking Ritalin when I was 12 I got married noticed my daughter was starting to show the same signs that I had when I was her age she's five so I decided to get rechecked for ADHD cuz I noticed I was acting the same way I was when I was a kid the random I can't do more than one task at a time being overwhelmed will easily I had a tick you know little things like that my mind was constantly racing so I was rediagnosed with adult HD at 37 years old I'm now turning 38 in July so I'm currently on medicine for a adult ADHD so yes I was diagnosed when I was 5 years old with childhood ADHD went from 12 until I was 36/37 not taking medication for ADHD and self-maintaining with sugar caffeine noticing over the years that sugar calms me down caffeine calms me down when I drink energy drinks they put me to sleep instead of waking me up little things like that that I've noticed that's why I went back to being an ADHD was because I brought it up to my psychiatrist

Hi Dr Fruitman, I'm an ADHD patient, i'm 17years old, I watched a lot of your videos and I have just started to take my adhd meds, adderall. first day it worked for 4hours, second day only 3hours, third day only 2 hours. I take it right after the breakfast as the doctor told me but with less and less effect time, i can only focus on 2classes and after that I am distracted by everything, even worse than before taking the meds. also, when it's effecting, it works but i feel strange maybe a little over focused, and still a bit hyper active, but i can listen to what teacher is saying better than before. I'm confused and i would like some advises
