Just wanted to say, I've been watching your content for some time and was always on the fence about putting myself out there. Last year I finally took the steps to getting my headshots, I slapped together a voice over reel, wrote a reume based on your tips, and within a week of looking for an agent, I landed on an amazing agency in my city. In the last 4 months of being represented, I've managed to get plenty of auditions and even booked my first commercial (one live and two voice over).
