That's the reason why I came out of a 3 month extreme fatigue when doing a short trip to Rome and walked there 20 km a day? I thought that's the most stupid thing I can do, but the fatigue was gone.

It also is leaked to depression. So those with bipolar depression and adhd have a hell of a time. Like in my case. I’m just now seeing the similarities and doing things to side step them. Society is set up to go against why we need to feed this: which is why it’s so hard to keep jobs if you DONT KNOW. In the past month, I’ve been doing a lot better.

Can spinning be a dopamine chase? I’ve always loved to spin wether it be a rollercoaster or just spinning on my feet, I’ve always loved the dizzy feeling afterwards, and yet I never fall over, and I’m able to walk straight 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am starting to suspect that I have both bipolar and ADHD.

I think the bipolar has masked and prevented me recognising this as the symptoms are similar. I have had mania and spent 3 months in hospital.

I selected all of the ADHD symptoms on the test, and my partner who is a psychologist suspects this may be true.

I find exercise an incredible tonic and when I have got into it I have competed at national level. When I focus my mind on things I am interested in I do really well.

I recently decided to give up work and study engineering and I aced my diploma. It put me in a classroom with an ADHD sufferer and I saw striking similarities to my own situation and the more I looked into it the more it made sense.

I know what hyperfocused feels like as I lose track of time and get really absorbed in doing things that I enjoy.

Is it common for peope to have both of these conditions?

So, if I get diagnosed and medicated and had that dopathing fixed, I would stop doing those 95%? Then I would either have a LOTTTT of time for whatever or I would be bored to hell?
