3D Printed Brushless Harmonic Drive

Been thinking about making a small brushless robot dog, but I don't have enough money for more expensive motors. So, I found the cheapest BE 1806 brushless motor I could find and wanted to see how much torque I get out of it.

I guess if you use nylon for the flex ring it will last longer

If you're using bldc motors I would go for used hoverboard. Can get them very cheap and they're torque.

Have you done any wear tests on these gears? I’m interested how well 3D printed harmonic drives hold up over time, but I haven’t seen any vids of that kind of testing on them so far.
