So what many people misunderstand about Ultra Instinct is experience-based.
Meaning it draws upon Goku's countless experiences to find the ideal method as said by Whis. Autonomous Ultra Instinct allows Goku to instantly use his experiences to develop new techniques. His giant spirit warrior is an epiphany of the Genki Dama technique. His body stiffens or loosens based on the attacks. It's why when Moro stole Ultra Instinct he thought of it as agility boost only. cause finding the ideal method eliminates hesitation.
Ultra Ego is way more terrifying because as Vegeta said he would obtain strength his way. Vegeta utilizes the power of the destroyer with his Saiyan anatomy. Vegeta puts his body under severe stress, pain, and strain. As such it boosts his physical ability to its peak. Not to mention being surrounded by a destroyer flame aura means any physical attacks will harm the opponent on contact. But that isn't the terrifying part. Vegeta is a Saiyan meaning when he gets near death and recovers he receives a Zenaki boost. Meaning each time Vegeta loses in that form his base power skyrockets. Meaning it prevents Vegeta from ever having a limit. it is limit breaking.

Goku is using the ideal techniques.
Vegeta is an overwhelming force.

Hey guys remeber that goku will most likely be able to utilize ultra instinct with his super saiyan forms like blue and add kaikoen on top of that because ultra instinct isn’t a transformation it’s a state of mind so after more training he should be able to utilize it with his super saiyan forms
