I honestly think True Ultra Instinct is a 50x Multiplier from Mastered Ultra Instinct since Goku applies his emotions to gain more power similarly to how he does with Super Saiyan (This Is Just A Hypothetical). I think it makes sense since like the video said Gas ended up beating Ultra Ego Vegeta with Mid Difficulty even after Ultra Ego Vegeta got a few power ups from his form during the battle while TUI Goku was Demolishing Gas with Low Difficulty before Gas transformed again. This is what I think is most likely the case at least.
