The comments here all seem to be giving plenty of praise to the animation and writing, to which I agree with in terms of animation quality, as per usual. However, I did notice a few very important writing mistakes in this.
For example, you do realise that UE Vegeta still retains the damage he takes, right? He gets stronger whilst taking damage, but there’s only so much his body can take before it eventually crumbles, just like when he fought Granolah. Throughout this sprite animation, Vegeta did not look like he received any damage at all. Heck, he even FIXED HIS ARM at the start of the fight. UI Goku is a powerhouse too, Vegeta’s body should’ve been getting more and more slow and beat up as the fight progressed, considering the sheer amount of hits Goku got in.
Secondly, when on earth did Vegeta learn how to make a giant great ape avatar? The only thing Vegeta learnt on Yardrat was forced Spirit fission and - for a one time use - Instant Transmission. He did not have time to learn the other more complex abilities the Yardrats were shown to have. And even then, we don’t know if Goku’s avatar even is an ability that can be taught.
Thirdly, ‘True Ultra Instinct’ is not superior to ‘Perfected Ultra Instinct’ in any department. The reason why Goku originally even needed to tap into True UI was because his emotions were all over the place after learning about his father, Bardock. Perfected UI requires complete calmness of the mind to be be at its most powerful, and Goku was far from calm, meaning he couldn’t use the true power of silver-haired UI. He literally said himself that he couldn’t stay calm and decided to power down to UI Sign because that form actually lets him put his feelings to good use during battle, thus achieving ‘True Ultra Instinct’. In this fight against Vegeta, there’s no reason why Goku wouldn’t be completely calm the whole time since there’s nothing at stake here and nothing major has happened to make Goku emotional or anything. So there’s no need for him to power down to Black-haired UI in this fight

Durability goes to goku (as it doesn't mean how much hit you can take, ,it means how hard it is to damage you ...and as seen in Moro ark goku's body hardens while in ui and also he's extremely fluid ...that's why )
On the other hand it's endurance which goes to vegeta (as that means how much damage you can tank before collapsing) ...

Well as someone who has watch anime and manga up to date, yall have to remember both of those forms are still not mastered, goku discovered a new form which is different from Mastered ultra instinct since in this new form he can be himself and tap into his nature of saiyain meaning that he can apply this new form to all new forms and make it better and every time he uses it it becomes more even more powerful and you combine that plus saiyains natural power scaling and goku has achieved a truly Divine form in his own style . Vegeta it’s similar which he combines his ego plus what lord Beerus taught him, and created Ultra ego, in which consist in the more damage he takes the stronger he becomes in that moment making it only limited by how much his body can resist, but vegetas form does not scale as mucha as goku over time, vegeta only counts on his saiyain genes to become stronger every battle
