Nice Video Adete! Love the content and much needed for Indian women! I once made a grave mistake at work (when I say grave I do mean it was critical) and I was so terrified of it that I just assumed that I'd get fired! I did have the option of not telling my boss immediately but I just took 3 deep breathes and mustered the courage to go to him and accept that I did it before it could have a ripple effect! And to my surprise he appreciated the fact that I owned up to my mistake. Hence regulating our emotions is extremely important :)
