My candied pecans are always a holiday favorite! Here's how to make them:
Candied Pecans Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 egg white
* 2 tsp water
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 lb pecan halves
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 Tbsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 250°F.
2. In a large zip-top bag, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white, water, and vanilla until frothy.
4. Add the pecans to the egg mixture, ensuring they're evenly coated.
5. Transfer the coated pecans to the zip-top bag, seal it, and shake until the pecans are fully covered in the sugar mixture.
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray.
7. Spread the pecans out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to ensure even coating and roasting.
9. Let the pecans cool completely before serving.

I made a double batch today for gifting. These are the best candied pecans I've ever eaten! I put them in sealable gift bags and made personalized labels with my Cricut. They turned out really cute. I wanted to post a picture, but Ican't figure out how to upload it in the comment section. They're so good my husband wants to marry me all over again😂 Thank youfor posting🤗
