Once I went to get Chick-Fil-A, and after I ordered realized I'd forgotten my wallet. I told them when I got to the window, and they just said 'well come back and see us again and we'll call it even' and handed me the food anyway. I went there a lot more after that. They're just genuinely friendly, it's nice.

i feel like the closed on sunday is a really great thing because

1. religious employees can go to church and other religious places
2. all employees get the day off of work
3. lots of people want it on sunday, so lots of people just come on monday

I once woke up to a chikfila employee breaking into my house. He wasnt there to rob me. He was there because he forgot my honey mustard sauce and to say "have a good day" to me. 10/10

Our wrestling coach got cancer and was not doing well (he beat it thank god)...without us asking, the franchise owner of the local chick fil a donated meals for our team for our tournaments foe the entire season...healthy stuff too, the good grilled chicken, salads, they even donated sports drinks and bagels, bars, and other healthy items they purchased for us....pretty amazing company

Another factor to consider is staffing. They don't run their employees ragged from being shorthanded. They're willing to have enough people working to cover their needs.

I was once stabbed in an ally behind a chick-fil-a. An employee immediately beat my mugger to death and gave me a free chicken sandwich. I was healed instantly

The customer service there is so good it makes you uncomfortable. Because you're not use to be treated so well and makes you aware of how poorly you're treated at other places.

I used to work at a Chick-fil-A and I can say that was the best job I have ever had. There was times something happened in my life and I couldn’t show up and they were so understanding. I lived a few minutes away from the Chick-fil-A and when I didn’t have a way to work team members would offer to pick me up and they didn’t even want gas money. When I tell you we really do enjoy working there I mean it. Everyone is so friendly and the managers are so understanding

The chicken doesn’t taste like those Banquet frozen patties that most other restaurants taste like, it actually has texture and variety between pieces of chicken.

The most Chik-fil-a ever messed up my order was forgetting the napkins.

1. They actually care about their customers
2. they actually train their employees on how to make the food properly
3. the chicken tastes good.

They deserve the success. Only fast food restaurant I can go to where the driv thru line will wrap around the building, but you'll still be out within 5 minutes.

I love their chicken sandwiches and the fact that when you ask for extra sauces, the employees don’t act as if the sauces come from their checks like mc Donald’s and Popeyes.

My dad would always be disappointed after church because he always wanted chick fil a but then remembered it was closed.

They’re the friendliest people on earth, they’ve NEVER messed up my order, and they churn through a half mile drive thru line faster than mcds serve 4 cars.

Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food restaurant where when you take the sandwich out of the package it looks just like the one in the ad. I was so impressed with the first sandwich I got from them I had to take a picture. I compared it to the picture in the ad and they looked the same. Most places show a great looking burger in the ad and then what you get looks like dump.

I work at CFA. Some of the things talked about, like the friendliness, close and qualified management, and franchise selection really do stand out the more you know. My store operator is very friendly, knows all of his employees by name, and greets everybody with a hug when they come in to work. That alone creates such a friendly atmosphere for his employees to thrive in. Beyond that, he also doesn't spend his time looking over people's shoulders to make sure they're doing it right, because he trusts them. Also, whom he has set as a team lead in a specific department, he himself will work under them. There was one time he kept asking one of his employees to let him work in the kitchen, but because the team lead said to stay up front, the store operator obeyed his own employee! He creates a friendly personal community that respects each other, and builds up his employees' confidence to do their work without worrying about making a mistake. He also encourages his leadership team to read books about leadership and management and councils them in hopes that some of them will one day head off and run their own Chick-fil-A. He is the best boss I've ever worked for.

But being picky about who manages their stores also applies to their staff. When I was hired (back in 2017), I went through three different interviews with three different managers. They were clear and upfront that they wanted to hire friendly people, and that they wanted to get to know me before hiring me. Now with employment being harder, they can't be as picky, but friendliness and work ethic are two things they focus on most.

Speaking of work ethic, -I think that is the final key to CFA's success. They are fast. The only way you get your food more than 30 minutes after arriving is if the entire city is in line in front of you. When it gets busy, all hands are moving.

Oh, and by the way, it was my homosexual friend who referred me to Chick-fil-A. That friend also said that his CFA-family were some of the most supportive people in regards to his sexuality. Yes, many of the workers and staff do hold to traditional marriage, but they certainly don't hate gays.

Coming from a current chick Fil a employee, the positive attitudes of the employees comes from two main things;
(1) at my location I make $13/hr which is amazing for a fast food restaurant, and (2) the managers and even the owner of my store treats the employees with genuine respect.

I have never gotten yelled at nor shamed by anyone there other than a few angry customers. Everyone is kind, and we do our best to help each other out, which crafts a supportive work environment. The customers then feel the positivity and even forms friendly relations with some of the employees. This positivity has a great impact on the entire experience of getting food from there.
