Hey, Sonic main here. I have actually recreated the fastest stage and tested it myself but Sonic can run faster than the fastest stage with spirits. He just needs a bit of time to fully accelerate.

For the spirits I used, I put Super Sonic in the runner style dojo with a trade off speed, a lightweight, and a increase speed spirit. You could also use Starfy with a trade-off speed, and two lightweights to pass the challenge.

In fact, both of these spirits boost Sonic's speed so much that he can outrun the fastest stage with the strongest wind on top of that. Hope that helps
