Cloud for Europe, session 5 - Maurice van der Woude (BPdelivery, CEO)

The Cloud for Europe conference took place on 14 and 15 November 2013 at Fraunhofer Fokus in Berlin. The conference offers exclusive insights into the European public sector cloud market, such as security and privacy issues, national cloud initiatives, the role of cloud computing in the digital service infrastructure, and cloud computing services and market places.

This session is about "Cloud Computing services and market place": Europe's private sector is largely SME-structured, public administration largely local. How do small units get started in the Cloud? Are Software Guides, standard SLAs and contract templates needed or shall we continue with provider-specific contract terms mushrooming?
