Cloud for Europe, session 2a -- Prof. Dr. Udo Helmbrecht (ENISA, Executive Director)

The Cloud for Europe conference took place on 14 and 15 November 2013 at Fraunhofer Fokus in Berlin. The conference offers exclusive insights into the European public sector cloud market, such as security and privacy issues, national cloud initiatives, the role of cloud computing in the digital service infrastructure, and cloud computing services and market places.
Session 2 discusses on the subject of a single European market. The 1st part is about "Enabling trust in Cloud Computing". It discusses the following questions: What enables or restores trust? Do we need European certification schemes to gain trust and ensure data security?
