I was excited to try Zip when i heard they had direct flights to the Bay area. However, I tried to book tickets back in October for December flights, and the site would not accept any card that I tried. 😢

Dont ever try to pre-book your seat after purchasing your ticket because you will never get any help from ZIPAIR customer service or their toll-free number, and you will never get true, it is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen and I have flown with many airlines in my life.
