Fastboot-Waiting for devices? Here's how to fix all Fastboot related problems.

Hi Fahid I hope my comment in a form of a short story insipres you . This is for the good work that you had done.
The garderner who works at my apartment saved up the very little pay he recieves to buy his much loved son a phone galaxy A10 it a used unit as he couldnt afford brand new. He was about to send the new phone back to his village through a friend who'll then pass it to his son.


Some misfortune struck the poor man in the form of this fastboot problem he panicked and he came to me for help. Im not a tech guy so I had no idea how to slove this till I found your video but I felt so sorry for him. I followed the step and what a relief to me and more so to the garderner when the the phone was restored.


He kept thanking me to him if I hadn't help he wouldnt be able to gift his son a new phone. Truly credit shld go to those who deserve it and today I thank you Fahid for helping the poor gardner through you video

For anyone having this issue. Fastboot does not work with usb 3.0-3.1, use usb 2.0

There is a better solution:(If your phone doesn't show up in "other devices")

1. Make sure all cords are unplugged for your computer(only your phone cord)

2. Open the back of your phone

3. Take out your battery

4. wait 3 -10 seconds before putting it back in


5. You are done! Hopefully it worked.

I'm stuck on waiting for device after I enter fastboot oem device-id it just sits there for hours so I have to restart my phone to get it out of the fast boot boot loader screen and I've tried everything as soon as I enter adb reboot boot loader it does what it's suposed to But then when I enter fast boot oem device-id it says waiting for device and it's annoying I haven't found any help not even on xda devs pls help me I have an LGUS997 it's an LG g6
