Lol. Everyone saying Tommy loves Lizzie are oblivious. He never loved her, he paid for sex and never tried to get involved on a deeper level until he had no other choice and he’s been miserable ever since grace died. This scene was nothing more then a loyalty test that she failed terribly

I think Tommy was more upset that Lizzie agreed to marry John even after they were banging for two years, I’m not saying Tommy wanted to marry Lizzie or even that he loves her but I do think he felt betrayed that she would agree to marrying his brother when they’ve been in links for a while and Lizzie didn’t go out of her way to tell John about it or even tell Tommy she wants to marry his brother.

This is only my opinion though, but I always felt like a part of Tommy kind of feels “something” for Lizzie but he’s not ready to acknowledge or accept that. Him being married to her now may change the way he thinks and feels for her and may actually be able to get his mind off Grace, although the director said Tommy isn’t meant to be happy, I doubt they’ll (Tommy and Lizzie.) be happy together for too long.

Edit: okay so I remembered Tommy telling Lizzie that sometimes she was the only one who’d stop his heart from breaking when no one else could, I think there is definitely some attachment included with their messed up relationship. Now that I watch this scene, Tommy was kind of angry and upset that he’d no longer have his “emotional support sex..?” anymore from I guess his favourite sex worker cause now she was getting married to HIS DAMN BROTHER…I do believe Tommy did this to protect John but I also think a part of him did it selfishly too.

I think Tommy always have feelings for Lizzie! He keeps coming back to her and later on we discovered that she actually looks like his first love! Look at the end when she says that she loves Jon! The way he looked at her and caressed her face!
