How To Burn MORE CALORIES & Lean Out, WITHOUT Losing Your Glutes

So you want to be leaner but you DON’T want to lose your glutes?!

I started my fitness journey with intentions of losing weight, but unfortunately, my glute size would massively decrease as well.

Which was frustrating!

I trained hard, did lots of glute focused weight training workouts, even threw in some HIIT for additional booty burn.

Unless you have crazy amazing genetics, you’re going to see some booty shrinkage if you’re losing body fat.

BUTT!!!! (see what I did there 😂) If you:

-have your nutrition properly dialed in
-know what to do (and NOT DO) with your workouts and cardio

You can dramatically improve your results.

I was doing things WRONG and unknowingly self-sabotaging.

If this is a struggle for you as well, you’re going to want to watch this video!

You’ll learn my 3 tops tips for losing body fat while keeping (or even building!) shapely glutes!

Ugh THANK YOU for making this all so clear. I am new to strength training and it can be so overwhelming I don't know where to start in order to achieve my goals. I'm about 5 pounds overweight, mostly in the belly area, so I'd like to tone up my abs and flatten my stomach but I also want to hang on to my bum. I have really wide hips so even if I lose weight I still look curvy, but I don't want a wide flat a$$. 😂 I've watched several of your videos on this topic and I'll be increasing my protein and adding back in some calories (I've been keeping myself in a big time deficit trying to lose the belly fat fast). Do you recommend doing the same workouts for the same areas repeatedly to see results? Like, on a leg/butt day I would need to stick to the same exercises each time? Or should I be switching up my routine every few days or weeks? I see such a variety of workouts out there I'm not sure which ones to do when! Thank you!!!!

Aw man, I just added HIIT back into my workouts BECAUSE I want to lean out, when in reality it’s hurting my resistance training? Idk maybe I’m just being impatient and am convinced it’s the easier path 🙆🏼‍♀️

What happens when you’ve gotten your step count up relatively high/can’t do much more? Do you stick with that step count? Or do you take a week off to sort of de-load?
