My last church affiliation was here at First Baptist Church of disheartening to learn of were so many good times spent Services, Sunday School, Bible studies, and was especially liked being part of the Youth choir and singing at the World's Fair in New York and the production of Handels Messiah for Christmas..., ...I am thankful to still have those memories in my Beverly Ann Turns Taylor

Sad day. Praying for everyone. Unfortunately the construction on many of those old churches make for difficult firefighting. Those high ceilings can heat up in a hurry and fire, heat and smoke can travel quickly. Plus the buttresses can fail. I’m glad no one was hurt.

Thank God all those children were not there from Vacation Bible School. Our heart breaks if this is connected to an evil political intention. God will prevail.

It appears to me in this video that the outside was spared. The inside might be gutted. I hope they will just redo in the inside and preserve the basic structure of the building.

My church named (clearfeild Bible church) and I just watched my church that I've been going to for 14 years burn right to the ground not a single thing is left. I knew thoes grounds like the back of my hand. I could walk though that whole church in my head with every little detail. That was for sure a massive loss. Craziest thing was that there was a wooden cross against the brick wall. And that's where the fire started. But the craziest part was that crosses burn residue burnt into the brick wall creating a perfect cross. What a day
