Here's a simple minced meat pasta recipe:
### Ingredients:
- 200g minced meat (beef or pork)
- 200g pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your choice)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes
- 2 tosp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oll
-Alfredo Sauce (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
### Instructions:
1. **Cook the Pasta:**
- Boil water with a pinch of salt. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. **Cook the Minced Meat:**
- Heat 1 tosp of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook for another 1 minute. Add minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. **Make the Sauce:**
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Alfredo sauce oregano, and basil to the pan. Stir everything together and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. **Serve:**
- Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta until well-coated.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves if desired.
