My theory is that seigwinne is born from the combination of human remains and Elynas blood since regular melusines are canonically created from mechanical parts and Elynas blood.

The one things you got wrong is the whopperflower albedo. In that event story quest, there are 3 albedos, the normal one we have, the sibling one(susbedo), and fake albedo(whopperflower). If I remember correctly, susbedo created that whopperflowerbedo. We fight the whopperflower albedo during story quest and in fighting event.

The last cutscene in the story event, show the feet of susbedo, and albedo narrating 'something something' then pull his sword while walking toward susbedo dramatically like a jojo character.

I watched a video going on about sigewinne and how she might been half human half melusine but the consensus was due to a fairytale of a mermaid who begged a man to marry her but she was an ugly mermaid so he was reluctant, but when he did agree she went to a body of water and dipped her head first then turning into a beautiful woman. This fairytale is of German mythology, and the mermaid in question is called “sigewinne” or “sigeminne” and considering how Genshin loves to bring real world mythology into the game it is most likely that sigewinne had done something akin to that to transform from a complete melusine to a body with features akin to humans but retaining its melusine origin. Long story short it’s very well possible that sigewinne was not created via normal means and she is completely a melusine with a unique form, since that is also what other melusine refer to her as rather than a hybrid.
