"Talk to your doctor"--sadly, they're the reason we often get into a worse condition with all the drugs they push.

I came here to understand my mother's needs. Crying to know what all might have been her experience and she never spoke about anything. Asking god to give me strength to help her.

I still have anxiety during post menopause but I was under a lot of stress and my digestion even though it has improved, I still have some problems. There is such a thing called Post menopause depression .

I went to a Doctor at peri menopause and was treated so badly it's now 7 years later after menopause from hell, no help, no one to talk with. Body aching and fatigue and bowels hurting and alone. I suppose I'm slowly dying most days.

Get your vitamin D3 check ladies ! I thought my symptoms were menopausal but ended after I discovered I was deficient in vit D3 and took care of increasing my Vit D3 levels

No more joint pain and hot flashes and brain fog and lethargies … it’s worth looking into this

I'm 52 now and menopausal. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2019 and therefore do not have menses to gauge what's happening. I only know that my hair turned much greyer and coarser. My tummy is constantly bloated, I gained 5kg, have the occasional night sweats and low libido. HOWEVER... since taking Black Seed Oil, my night sweats are gone and my libido REMARKABLY improved!

I started watching your videos in 2020 and I've not stopped. You helped me through a most difficult period of my life cycle. Like you just said, I wouldn't wish to experience the weird symptoms of menopause again. Now, I'm at my cruising level, and enjoying it. Thanks so much

You are simply amazing. Watching your videos alone helps my anxiety tremendously. Just knowing what's going on with me helps put my mind at ease. I've only missed 2 periods, so I know I have a long way to go, but your videos are helping me so much hun. Thank you so very much. 🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤❤

I scathed through peri M & M pretty ok and in 2-4years - but the tummy (2) bulge and mind fog, anxiety and disruptive sleep and still hanging on in Post - def cutting out evening snacking, lowering blood sugars and restricted alcohol & exercise (any) has helped me. Thanks for your videos ❤

I went into surgical menopause since 2015. So I assume I am now considered post menopause. Why do doctors not distinguished the difference between menopause and post menopause? It was not natural or gradual. I had a hysterectomy and lost all of my hormones.
Just had sacropoplexy surgery and recovering. Atrophy caused it (lack of estrogen which is menopausal symptom) and I also had a hysterectomy in 2015. Never thought I would be in this situation yet here I am.
Women who are glowing in post menopause are probably taking estrogen. A womans body needs it to prevent post menopausal diseases like heart attack, osteoporosis, and alzheimers disease.

I am nearly 6 years post menopausal here at 51. I do not use any HRT, & I still have occasional night sweats.
