How Tanky are Tanks Late Game in SMITE?

Today we will be seeing how many autos it takes tanks to die late game in SMITE!

Editing got screwed up. Crit build had the wrong footage showing but the CRIT BUILD took 26 Auto attacks, PEN BUILD took 24 Auto Attacks, and we even had the tank sell 2 items like a real game situation and it took 22 Autos to kill.

there are couple things that don't make any sense:
1. What's the build? Because of how dominance work, there is no way that a good pen build would do so little damage even against a full tank. Assuming that the build is something like: Cloak, qin's, gauntlet, exe, ody bow and silverbranch, rama should do about 200 per auto
2. what's the tank build? 99% of tanks can't trade 1vs1 like that unless you are using pots on Ymir
3. did you consider that adc gets to full build plus 500 pot before the support gets to full build? So in a real game, this comparison almost never exist
4 (and most important). So your point is that tank are strong because Rama with a questionable build needs 27 autos to 100-0 a tank, but you didn't consider that the tank gets CC'd twice and he dies in a real game because you are not playing duel and a tank is going to take damage from at least 3 gods at once.

(someone mentioned the fact that top adc picks would do even more damage with same build, which is another interesting point)
EDIT: as giga cthlhu with upgraded thorns, oni hunter+ prophetic mitigation, spectral and full prots I died to 13 iza autos and scylla 1. Which is far more tanky than ymir, so I understand less your point

Imagine while the adc is shredding you with absolutely no effort at all, the mid lane is chunking 1/3 of their health with maybe two abilities, plus with the ridiculous amount of cc in the game a tank can stunned, rooted, feared, etc and not doing anything except die in less than 4 seconds

it's never 1v1, tanks do not get to 20 or finish their build by the time the adc does so this is not a fair comparison.

It feels that way in team fights not duels. Tank will initiate and instantly get gibed

The real issue from my experience is Hachiman, I’ve been dealt over 3K damage building full tank by a Hachi in around 8-9 autos. And when mages or multiple hunters are hitting you, it’s like trying to play a wet noodle

I played Arena with Sobek recently. 200+ protects, mag and phys. I think 3500 hp. Got shredded.

Nah the biggest fear of a tank is the adc I build a full 325 magic and physical protection and I got shredded with 9 Auto's it takes a lot of skills to be a hunter.
