True, cars that sit too much tend to develop problems, cars are meant to be driven

No,
1. Evs get worse the longer you drive them period. Battery powered cars are not in our grasp yet.
2. The build quality of any newer car is shoddy at best.
3. Even if the body isnt a concern, newer cars are having terminal failure before a 5 year mark. Which is a little longer that an average loan.
4. Simple wear and tear, nothing has happened yet. But thats whats scariest. Meaning it WILL be needing work soon. You cant get around it. Everything wears. Proper maintenance does help. But only so much.
You are giving out advise thats going to hurt more people than help. In a time where most people cant afford a newer car, then tell them to get one with more miles.. My dude think before you post.

Can confirm. Its more of the fact that it was driven more often. I had a 13 cx5 with over 250k miles and it ran great. I bought an 06 civic Si with only 114k miles. And while yes its nice to have an enthusiast car with under 150k miles. That means it sat a good bit. Being driven about 6k miles a year. Because of that i have had to replace multiple suspension components and still have some other suspension parts to replace. As well as electric sensor issues with the wiring since its soy based and rodents like soy based products
