Investigation into death of 911 dispatcher reveal problems

A new report from the investigation into the death of a Phoenix 911 dispatcher shows multiple policy violations were made and her supervisor is expected to be disciplined.

this is a total bogus law suit, obviously she was being melo-dramatic the way she spoke to her supervisor so they answered jokingly in return. I understand they are grieving and angry and feel like they need revenge but this just ends up being another McDs coffee in the lap.

In the process of endangering the employee as a 911 operator, working as she was dying, her degrading health comprised every call that she received. There has to be an accountability or this will happen again given a fading heartbeat is not enough for these people to do the right thing. 😑
