Sold and shipped out a stack of 5 90s Glamour magazines less than 5 minutes after I posted them, after sitting on them for over a year!

So far the most 'insane' thing I've shipped was a men's blazer that the buyer needed for his daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner. This was Sunday night that we started the conversation. I knew the the normal USPS Ground Advantage was not going to do the trick and his local post office was a bit unpredictable. So my husband and I spent Monday morning driving between UPS and FedEx with all of our shipping supplies in tow because we didn't know exactly what we would need. Long story short, we successfully got it shipped, it was received just in time and we got a RAVING review for it! We've only been selling for almost six months, so a thermal layer printer would be a huge blessing!

My craziest sale was a 1950’s toilet seat, decorated with a glued-on, colorful felt Parisian poodle, carrying an open felt & rhinestone umbrella. She was dressed in a pink & black French (ooo-la-la) outfit, prancing by a rhinestone-adorned Eiffel Tower. It sold at auction on eBay for $52.00, to Japan, with an additional $51.00 shipping! This was over 20 years ago & it still holds the title for my craziest sale. 😂😂

This will be an interesting Q4, a lot is happening. A hurricane destroyed a big portion of the southeast coast, it’s election year, and the dock workers just went on strike. Fingers crossed we all have a successful Q4!

I bought a beautifully embroidered jacket tailored in China for $4 at a GW in Deep South Mississippi and sold it on eBay for $80. The buyer lived in China. Full circle! I was so happy to send the lovely jacket home!

Pool legs is where it all started for me so they’re not only odd but a huge part of our reselling story! Took down my intex pool when Amazon started charging $78+ for replacement legs after the pandemic surge & they sold all the time it was so fun😂 making those boxes was a learning curve but it helped me not be afraid to ship odd things people pass!

I don't know if I would call it insane but my most memorable sale was one of my first. I purchased 3 Mackenzie Childs light switch covers at Goodwill for $.79 each. I listed them and they sold overnight for $20.00 each. I probably sold them too cheap but I was just starting so I was thrilled!

I shipped a vintage sought-after drum. I found it being sold as a christmas decoration in a thrift store. I think I paid $12 and it sold for nearly $400. I bought and sold it while I was at my parent's house out of state. I used clean throw pillows to pad the box because I was helping my parent's move and they didn't need throw pillows anymore. I'd never use throw pillows otherwise. Buyer was happy and left good feedback.

I purchased a Double Warrant Paragon Cabbage Rose Teacup at Goodwill for $.99. Now, there was a crack in it but still sold for $350 to someone in China. This printer would be amazing, my rollo printer will not install onto my new computer so I have been "old skooling" it with a regular printer. It works, but I loose time and materials in the extra steps required doing it this way.

I sold a 1960s war boardgame with little plastic army guys for 350.00. Bought for 10.00. I wrapped every man separately. Hubby made fun of me but I was taking no chances on a broken arm or barrel.

Craziest? 8 pallets of antique furniture for me to use for an Atlanta Market showroom design job. It was nuts to get packed up!

I'm fairly new to reselling and I remember learning about keywords from your channel. I used the term "whimsigoth" for a dress and it got all sorts of attention. It was the best feeling when you know your research pays off and the dress sold. It wasnt' a big profit but it was awesome because it was showing that keywords really do work.

I rarely source anything really great + this sale was no exception! It was a 1st Edition "The Stand" signed by Stephen King. Found it in my husband's book collection + after listing it on Ebay + selling it for $2250.00 I sure was giddy + nervous to ship it. I was so grateful for my husband's eccentricities!!! Thanks, Cayley, for this exciting offer!

Maybe my methods are insane? I once found a NOS men’s wallet at an estate sale. Inside, there was what looked to be a really old manufacturers paper tag. After some research I found the company was still in business. So, I emailed and got a response which totally surprised me. This turned into a phone call and a sale.

I haven't shipped anything too crazy but once shipped a Jellycat Stuffy to England that I got for free at yard sale and sold for $60!

I shipped out a vintage Pokémon card that belonged to my 28 year old son. He had played with these as a child. One card sold for $1500. We sold several cards ungraded. He used the money from selling the cards for his wedding.

My first sale was a dollar tree "Colorful Tropical Fish"😂. Sold for $17. Funny thing is it was a practice listing and it was my first listing. While I was learning how to use the platform. I was going to remove it but someone ended up buying it. Selling that fish was actually the decision maker as to whether or not I was going to become a posher or not. I figured if I can sell a plastic fish from the dollar store I can probably sell just about anything😂😂😂

Cute Printer!❤most insane sale was 2 coffee mugs I purchased for 50 cents and sold them for $50.00. It was a collab with a designer one year, got them at an estate sale.

Had only started this reselling thing now well over 10 years ago and I found for $2 these designer but trashed flats and I listed them as such, thinking someone may want to restore them….little did I expect them to sell at auction for $125 and to be shipped priority at buyer’s request…nor did I anticipate the messages I received before the auction ended 😮🙈😅 For me, that was interestingly insane and I had some real evaluating to do with my fledgling new business venture lol
