Almost no one with skin health issues can tolerate nuts. All nuts are no good in large amounts and if you are looking to naturally heal your skin from eczema avoiding nuts all together may be the easiest and best option with your diet.

Almonds, Brazil , Macadamia and walnuts are good to go though. You just need to limit your nuts to 5 per day at most.

Could you do a video on collagen! Collagen as supplement (marine collagen) vs. collagen rich foods (bone marrow, bone broth)

Have you ever tried real royal jelly?

What are your thoughts on seeds? Sunflower, sesame, flaxseeds?

Good info. Thanks. It is also a good idea to soak or even sprout those nuts. This action will make nut nutrients more available and the nut more tasty. In addition to take out brown outer layer from almonds, you know, cianids are harsh antinutrients.

I love Macadamia, but hell are they expensive.

In your experience Rob, have you found soaking/sprouting to make any difference whatsoever in digestive tolerance/skin repair?
I would appreciate any insight as I have been avoiding nuts recently, but find hitting my macros is more different w/o them. Definitely have a digestive aversion to almonds for sure (phytic acid and 100% omega 6s is no bueno for me), but walnuts, Brazil nuts, and macadamias seem fine, even cashews.

I soak almonds overnight, peel them the next morning, and eat. Soaking allows the almonds to absorb water, which according to Ayurveda, makes them easier to digest.

If you're going to eat nuts, make sure you're eating the right nuts. Keep an eye on your nuts. Control your nuts, don't let them control you!

every now and then i looked in the mirror and had this red rashlike spots on my forehead and was like wtf is that. It was almost embarassing. I would blend up a bunch of vegetables and put a lot of nuts in there. Had a suspicion it could be the nuts so when I cut them out completely the red spots never came back.. go figure
