I don’t get why people think the Twilight princess alt is too similar to the 2nd alt. In my opinion, it has a way darker tone which stays true to the original in that game.

Idk but I feel like Nintendo could’ve actually had a different model for the clothing for Link
Like actually give him his Skyward Sword attire, his Twilight Princess Tunic and the Fierce Deity armor and for the rest
They did it with Mario with his Mario Maker Outfit and White Suit from Odyssey.

The Dark Link set from Breath of the Wild & Tears of the Kingdom is actually a recolor of the Hero of Time set (aka the Kokiri Tunic from OoT) as they use the same basic model!

Color 1 (Based on his appearance in the Champion Tunic from the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Color 2 (His second costume is the Classic Green Tunic from the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
Color 3 (Red Costume is based on the Hyliam Tunic's Default Colors in Breath of the Wild)
Color 4 (His fourth costume is the Fierce Deity Link Outfit from Majora's Mask)
Color 5 (Dark Blue Color is inspired by the Royal Guard Uniform in Breath of the Wild)
Color 6 (Another Green Color is based on the Hero of Twilight Princess)
Color 7 (White is based on Link's Design from from the beginning of Skyward Sword)
Color 8 (Based on Dark Link)

Something people don't talk about enough is that the Hylian tunic dyed tan in botw resembles Link's clothes in the beginning of Skyward Sword

They could've done so much more for some of these outfits Instead of just recolor and an added hat they could of added a full costume based on twilight Princess and gave him gloves and MUCH more detail

Love that they gave us Breath of the Wild Link. I'm very done with the rice krispie skirt and hat. Plus, blue looks better on him than green. I'd always leave the zora tunic on when I could. ✨

I find it weird that Mario, Olimar and Bowser jr. can all have alt costumes that change their model and Link only gets a recolour for Twilight Link and Dark Link instead of a proper Twilight princess alt

I think Link is the only character in Ultimate where I like every single one of his alt’s. I think they all look pretty great.

It's weird to see BoTW Link not using Cel Shading. (Also, they should've just used the BoTW armor sets on some of the outfits.)
