I haven't done any research, but from how Miley's song sounds, it sounds like it's a sequel or part two to Bruno's song.
I think it's pretty cool how she made a song based off of the other person's perspective to contrast with Bruno's original song.

Fast forward 2022 and he cheated on her 10-15 times with all different people and she found out. So finding out, she flipped the song to make it a flop of Bruno’s.😊

The reason Miley made the song was because when Liam hensworrh was marrying her he used that song but that is a break up song so Miley made flowers as a very real break up song about her going to be better on her own

This is the whole story so basically, Miley Cyrus did not steal Bruno Mars a song or some lyrics I guess cause basically her husband sent which was like Leo he he gave it the song like he played the song to her at their wedding, and then he cheated on her, and then she kind of remade the song to her own version saying like I don’t need you and like all that stuff and then like the music video is filmed in the house that they lived in
