Perimenopause is the start of a new chapter – not the end of the story.

Sadly, peri/menopause is still a taboo subject, which makes people ashamed of discussing it openly. This only aggravates the lack of knowledge and restrains people from seeking answers. Making it difficult to pinpoint symptoms and find the respective treatments or solutions.

Let's break the menopause stigma, and talk about it!

Perimenopause can last for years and symptoms vary from hot flashes 🔥 to irregular periods 📅. For some, it begins as early as mid-30s, and for some as late as your mid-50s.

It may last a short time or four to eight years.

However, there’s still a lot of stigma around this time and no education about it. In fact, did you know that you can still conceive during perimenopause?

Thank you so much for this! I've ordered my Mira and Ovum just a few days ago and can't wait to start measuring my hormones. So happy I found Mira and Dr Wolff and Pelex!

I'm wondering if this could be used in menopause to determine if the bioidentical hormones I'm using are in a good range. Since starting them I'm having a cycle again and feel ovulation type pains, so I'd really like to figure out what's going on.

Sure enough, if everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.
